Information we may collect
- Name, email address and telephone or WhatsApp number
- Pickup, destination, date, time and journey type
- Passenger, luggage, flight and accessibility information
- Return journeys, additional stops, child-seat requests and notes
- Messages, quotation, confirmation and payment records
- Technical information such as IP address and Cloudflare request identifiers used for security and troubleshooting
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, check availability, arrange and perform journeys, communicate changes, maintain business records, prevent abuse and deal with legal or safety obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the situation, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a confirmed booking, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as operating the service securely and maintaining appropriate records.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Quote-request emails are delivered through Resend. Secure payment links may be provided by Stripe or PayPal. These providers process relevant information under their own terms and privacy arrangements.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared only where reasonably necessary to arrange the requested journey, process an authorised payment, obtain professional advice, protect legal rights, comply with law, or work with a suitable licensed driver or vehicle provider involved in fulfilling an agreed booking.
Retention
Enquiry, booking, payment and correspondence records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute and legal purposes. Unnecessary information is deleted or securely restricted when it is no longer required.
